Account Manager

The Account Manager will work as a member of the direct sales team to drive Paragrid brand awareness in assigned geographies. This will consist of direct cold calling to cultivate relationships with potential clients and educating them on Paragrid's consulting and Everyware™ services offerings.

The Account Manager will have the following objectives:

  • Direct cold calling to build base of business
  • Independent research of potential customer targets
  • Partnering with sales staff from HP, VMware and Citrix to close customer business
  • Generation of quote documents for customers based upon Paragrid SE configurations
  • Coordination of technical resource allocation to support customer sales efforts
  • Coordination of customer onboarding process
  • Coordination between Paragrid's technical support resources and customers
  • Meet regularly to strategize on pipeline activities
  • Achieve sales certifications in HP storage and networking, VMware and Citrix within first 90 days

Delivery Engineer

The Delivery Engineer is responsible for all implementation services and support needs for our customers. This relates to all virtualization technologies including specifically HP, VMware and Citrix. In addition, the Delivery Engineer may be responsible for the design and implementation of internal Paragrid cloud systems as well as providing technical assistance to team members with system and network requests.

The Delivery Engineer will have the following objectives:

  • Ability to analyze customer environments and provide gap analysis for virtualization solutions
  • Ability to design, validate and implement green field virtualization solutions Documentation of implemented solutions
  • Technical implementation and support services for iSCSI SAN platforms
  • Technical implementation and support services for VMware server and desktop virtualization platforms
  • Technical implementation and support services for Citrix XenServer, XenDesktop and XenApp platforms

Field Agent Manager

The Field Agent Manager will develop and maintain relationships with sales agents and value added resellers (VARs) to generate sales to the agent's end-user customers. Field Agent Managers are responsible for forming relationships with new channel agents through a combination of networking and prospecting. Inside Agent Manager

The Inside Agent Manager will work as a member of the indirect sales team to drive Paragrid brand awareness in assigned geographies. This will consist of a support role for Field Agent Managers and direct cold calling to cultivate relationships with potential agents and educate them on Paragrid's Everyware™ services offering.

The Inside Agent Manager will have the following objectives:

  • Work with Paragrid's marketing team to follow up on email and direct mail campaigns
  • Follow up on SEO-based marketing leads
  • Direct cold calling of 50 calls per day to assigned territories
  • Independent research of potential agent targets within assigned territories
  • Support of Field Agent Managers by generating appointments with potential agents
  • Generation of quote documents for agents
  • Coordination of technical resource allocation to support agent sales efforts

Presales Engineer

The Presales Engineer will work as a member of the overall sales team to assist the team in developing technical solution designs. This will consist mainly of joining sales calls to ascertain whether private, Paragrid or hybrid cloud solutions will best meet the customer's needs, designing the solutions and demonstrating the technical and business benefits of these solutions.

The Presales Engineer will have the following objectives:

  • Dedication to continuous technical improvement and training
  • Assist in preparing RFP responses and proposals for client presentation
  • Remain up to date and trained on the latest technical releases for VMware, HP and Citrix technologies
  • Train sales staff on benefits of new technical releases

Cloud Support Engineer

The Cloud Support Engineer works on the Everyware support team to support and maintain all hosting operations. This includes every facet from customer facing help desk calls to backend monitoring and proactive maintenance implementation.

The Delivery Engineer will have the following objectives:

  • Building VMware, Citrix and Microsoft environments
  • Architecture of new environments as well as migrating existing environments into the hosting infrastructure
  • Maintain service pack schedules with customers
  • Perform and monitor server backups
  • Perform server administration functions such as user/group administration, scripting, group policy development and implementation
  • Establishing corrective actions and new processes based on after action reviews of issues to standardize response and resolution of issues
  • Assist with network traffic issues
  • Creating new Windows XP and/or Windows 7 base images in XenDesktop or XenApp deployed environments.
  • After hours support for infrastructure to be performed on a rotation of Everyware team engineers.

General

  • 8 years minimum IT experience
  • 6 years minimum experience in an enterprise server environment with both administration and problem resolution of Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and/or Microsoft Windows Server 2008 required
  • 6 years Windows desktop OS support knowledge and experience
  • Windows Server 2003/2008 Active Directory architectural design and management experience is required
  • Windows Server 2003/2008 experience as a project lead is desired
  • Cisco CCNA preferred, ASA and advanced switching experience a plus
  • Citrix XenDesktop 4/5/5.5, Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server 4.5/5.x and/or XenApp experience a plus.
  • VMware experience a plus
  • SAN storage management a plus
